FTB Calendar Subscriptions Fixed (DBO)

Just a quick heads-up that the FTB calendar subscriptions that were broken in the upgrade should now be fixed. Please check your subscriptions and let me know if you see anything out of sorts (especially time zone issues).

Sorry it took so long to debug this. Once I sat down to really give it a look, it didn't take long to figure out. Looks like some default function behaviors changed in the newer versions of PHP, which broke some of the time zone conversion logic. All should be good now, though.
