My Hunter wears a couple legacy Eververse armor pieces that have been gorgeous dead weight since launch. Are Universal Ornaments just a fancy name for a skin that I can apply over any armor of my choosing at will?

I believe it’s legendaries only, but yes!

I wasn’t planning on wearing rare items so this is satisfactory :P
