The raid crystals are part of the lumina questline and the EAZ crystals are just a gameplay thing that gives you 10 elemental orbs when broken.

Pretty sure Xol strike ones are just for Lumina. The EAZ ones are just for orbs as far as I’ve heard.

2 things:

1) the Crown of Sorrow raid crystals that are in the Xol strike?

These are part of the Lumina quest. Even if you're not on that step, you can equip Rose, shoot the crystals, and receive something like the Harmony buff you get in the Blind Well. It may actually be the same buff.

2) the crystals in the EAZ that give the orbs when shot?

I assumed these were just to help get your elemental empowerment faster/progress the "gather orbs" armor requirements.

Edit: Apparently I was a little slow on the draw, but at least it doesn't look like I was missing anything on those EAZ crystals :p Would be cool if there was something we didn't know about there, though.

I was really hoping teh EAZ things would do something if we shot all of them or something.
