TrueVanguard's newest video focuses on using Le Monarque and building around it. I can't believe I never though about using Lucky Pants, but now I'm definitely going to. I've been raving about pairing Le Monarque with Rose for a while now, but I may have to try out the next Duke I get instead.
I highly recommend running Le Monarque. Once you get good at landing those shots and quick swapping, it honestly doesn't even feel fair.

True Vanguard isn’t a MKB player, right? Because there are definitely more efficient ways to build this loadout for MKB players. (Which may also apply to controller but I couldn’t say)

He plays on PC as well but PS4 more.
