There is an Event Exclusive Emblem, called "In The Valley", that can be unlocked via Bungie Rewards website once you trade Shaxx 100 Confectionery Hearts for 2 new Event specific Sparrows.
The deadline is February 18, and unlock includes a bonus Emblem code for a friend.

I don't think this has been otherwise communicated and the redemption window appears to be only 1 week long.

P.S. There are also, hidden Triumphs that can be achieved during battle in the Crimson Days event
