Seems reasonable, at least on paper. The gun should still be quite effective, just not the oppressive juggernaut that it is right now.

It's rare that I hate guns in Destiny - Hard Light these past few weeks has made it into that category. Fingers crossed that this puts it back into the "it's a good weapon, but I can counter it" category.
