That all sounds like smart, good changes, but it feels shitty at the same time. It has big “buy our next expansion, it will be better, we promise!” energy.

Not to sound negative, but a lot of the pre-release hype for Beyond Light included promised features like Transmog and such as a reason to invest in BL. Then right before launch they mentioned that transmog would come at a later date, and now they're specifying that it's almost half a year away (about a full year since they started hyping it up).

On the flipside, what does give me hope is how quickly they were able to add season 10/11 stuff back into the loot pool.
