I'm wondering why this has happened. The exposé seemed to imply that most of the abusers had already been let go… and Bungie had been taking the issue seriously for years now…

HR, of course, works in the company's interest as opposed to the employees' interest, so she might've been pressured by the board to act that way in the past. Maybe, maybe not. Hopefully the new head of HR will keep these 'new values' in mind.

I also saw former employees saying the same thing to the point of saying, "if you ever worked there, you know who, but if you really need a hint, "G". So...yeah.
