Your Omnioculus paraphrase almost killed me. (Destiny)
The Omnioculus and Whisper of Chains interaction is being nerfed to a maximum of 10% damage reduction (down from 25%).
Thankfully this only applies to PVP. I had just converted my build to support heavy Omnioculus use and invested heavily in it.
