I definitely like some things in this update, most of which you put in your OP.
I do, though, have to lament the following: that Solar Warlocks continue to lose, and that Stasis Behemoth (Titan subclass) got virtually nothing. The melee isn't all that great, and the extra fragment slot for for cryoclasm? Nobody uses that aspect. It's useless!
