More sandbox info for Lightfall. (Destiny)

I won’t break it all down this time, as I don’t have time right now, but there’s good info about new mods, changes, and loadouts. Resilience is being returned to provide a 30% resist instead of 40%, for example. All non-stat affecting mods will cost 1-3 energy. The new Font of Might equivalent will max at 22% increased damage with three copies of the mod, and you can select which element it works for rather than it having to match your subclass. Loadouts will be able to change the selectable perks on your guns.

Honestly, it'll probably be a *buff* to most players, depending on how the changes in the distribution work out.
