For all you playstation guardians, PS Plus is on sale at most retailers for $29.99 (instead of $49.99)
I suggest Amazon as it'll be a digital code

From what Sony has said so far, no. It sounds like they have no plans to add a subscription fee to online play on PS3. But we'll see what changes in the future.
