The DBO Guild.

So I was thinking, if Destiny has a dedicated system to enact guilds or clans or whatever, I think there should be one for DBO. Most of us already play games together so I think it's the natural next step for a formal acknowledgement of our combined awesomeness.

In that vein I put forth my vote for the name of the group:

The Definitely Brave Ones,

or

The DBO.

What, if anything, do you guys think? Any other ideas for possible names?

It does seem there will be a guild/clan feature. The subtext in the lobby menu shown in the ViDoc reads "Pants Guild" (for Halcylon and DeeJ) and "Grizzled Pants" (for Stosh).

Makes me wonder who's in the No Pants Guild...

It's simple. It's to the point. Most important of all, it would be the most inclusive. No one's idea would be elevated above the others like if we picked one of the ideas thrown around in this thread. No member would be elevated above the others, like if we chose "Club Errera" (no offense to Claude, of course, he's definitely deserving and the name would be a nice homage to the past as well. Everyone would be on equal footing because we are all part of DBO.

Just some thoughts =)

/Also, it's good to finally get some posting in. I've been waiting a little bit to see what people's attitudes were going to be before I committed much time to coming here. Suffice to say I think I'll be shifting most of my focus here away from HBO =)

I really want to, and I might be able to.

I have a friend in the USAF stationed in Japan (who knows that I have really, really, really wanted to go to Japan) that has graciously offered me the use of her spare bedroom if I can afford airfare and food. I've taken trips to Texas four out of the last five summers (and two of those were to Austin for RTX 2011 and 2012). The chance to go to Japan is frankly a no-brainer =P

Then again, I don't want to break my perfect RTX streak! I'll know for sure by May if I can afford it or not!
