Reasoning Under Uncertainty (Destiny)
So you made a bet on which platform to get Destiny for with incomplete information. Turns out that bet isn't as good as you thought it was. Happens all the time. You can certainly vent if you want, you can cancel pre-orders, and vow to never deal with Bungie again...
I'm not going to shun Bungie forever just for this one incident. Destiny is still very much on the table for me.
But I am canceling my pre-order and re-considering ever buying another pre-order for a Bungie game. It's not spite or entitlement, I simply believe that I have to vote with my wallet. If I miss out on some exclusive pre-order doo-dads, then so be it, but I am not willing to be neglected like this as a customer and I have to let Bungie know that the only way that ultimately matters.
