When do the download codes get sent out? (Destiny)

Were we given an actual time, or is it just some unspecified time today? I heard it was at 1 PM EST. Is this true?

"Around" 10 AM PDT was all we were given, DeeJ said best bet is to watch @Bungie and @Destinythegame on Twitter.
