Can't find any way to download it, and the download pages at XBOX.com are 404ing.
EDIT: Sigh, looks like I'm out of luck.

I can't find a way to download it. Check XBOX.com and the usual download pages people have linked to.
preorder code?
preorder on amazon, see if they still send a code, use the code, cancel preorder.
I had codes from my previous preorder, and I tried, but they were not accepted.
