You can "use" the codes on bungie.net now. Unless it's something that I've been missing for the last few months, in which case... I have other things to worry about.
No, you haven't missed anything. This is defiantly new, like, the last 3 hours kind of new. Apparently these just unlock Grimorie cards. Can't say that wasn't to be expected though.
