No spoilers, just that there's a patch, no idea what it fixes, and no, it doesn't provide early access to the game.

Technically, that patch came out at least Friday if not sooner.
I know because my preload hit Friday, finished installing, and then the patch applied bringing the app to 1.02 ;)
