... though I'll sadly miss out on the DGE perks, it's worth it for me to not have to buy the full game again on 360.

I just wonder what time the digital edition will be available on the Xbox store. Hoping it's not 3AM EST !

There is (or more accurately will be) a Digital Guardian Edition on 360 as well. So you should be able to purchase that as soon as it's up and then unlock the full DGE on your XboxOne as planned.
