Bungie, what were the qualifications for Song of Spheres? (Destiny)

I had participated in the Alpha Lupi experience, and had archived major findings in args.bungie.org, but I was disappointed when I didn't see the emblem at Special Orders.

Was there something you had to log in to or anything like that?
