As seen here. I've gotten the others I think I'm entitled to. I got all of the nameplates they gave out for Reach, so I know they know my history.
Has anyone gotten the Inner Chamber emblem?
Inner Chamber is the only one I am still missing that I think I have earned.

Same here. I've got Inner Circle, but no Chamber.
I've been scouring the internet, and haven't found any good answer. I'm suspecting that Inner Circle IS Inner Chamber, but someone forgot to tell Deej. (unlikely, but I can't think of anything else)
