Bungie.net friends list issue (Destiny)

Sign in via PSN -> Can view both PSN and Xbox Live friends via Bungie.net (Live friends act like I'm on a 360, so a bunch of people that just say "Xbox One"

Sign in via Live -> Can only view Xbox Live friends. PSN friends list is blank.

This happening to anyone else?

edit: I am aware this is the definition of first world problems, but just curious.
