Though the article says "September 26th", the Bungie Twitter account has repeatedly confirmed that the Vault opens tonight.

-- Steve won't be up for raiding until this weekend at the earliest, though. Accursed day job...

edited to add: Looks like the date's now corrected on the page to September 16th to remove all doubt. Have fun storming the castl-er, the Vault!
