Yep. They went down right as I tried signing in (for the first time in a week), it appears. I blame myself.

Bungie forums seem to be down as well.

Kotaku says it was a DDoS attack against Destiny and CoD servers; I got dropped from the server when it happened (XB1) but got back on an hour later with no trouble.
