I run IE11 (yeah, I know, but I'm lazy) and a while ago my silhouette showed up instead of my character model. Today I popped into my profile to try changing loadouts, just to see how that worked, and after I swapped my heavy weapon in... well, my non-evil twin showed up below the evil one. (Rotatable model with animations too. Only thing missing is the banner.)

So why can the site render an echoed doppleganger (in the wrong spot!) after changing loadouts but not normally?

-- Steve hasn't written web stuff in nigh-on a decade, and sometimes it really shows.

edited to add: Upon closer inspection I also see that some of the over-printed stuff (Knucklehead Radar's displayed HUD, for instance) doesn't show up either.

Hah, I've never seen it do that before. You should post that bug to #Help on bnet (or PM me on bnet so I remember to log it in our bug database). I'm pretty sure the rendering on IE11 is turned off because of a few weird bugs that make the render look bad, but I don't follow that particular system too closely.
