Nope - the purple ball is on drugs. There is a normal, black and white soccer ball in the Tower as well.

I head those balls of the tower so no one gets to play with them

On the way to the hanger are those two small hallway doors, work great as goals for a little 1v1 game. I still have not found where the soccer ball starts tho.....
