A Deadly Sniper Why are Hunters the most graceful and most fabulous SOBs out there?
It’s because they try so very hard to be. When you look closer, though, you can see that it’s all an act. That cape is like a security blanket to shield them from terrors of the dark. And the gasmasks? You don’t even wanna know.

Seven Destiny is so PVP heavy. Why can't the factions be opened up to PVE players?
Actually, every activity in Destiny is a chance to gain reputation with the Faction leader who holds the gear you covet the most. Just equip their Class item. My Warlock never leaves the Tower without his Dead Orbit bond. No matter whose ass I’m kicking (from the Cabal to some Hunter in the Crucible) I’m inching closer to that sweet belt-fed heavy.
Yeah, reputation, but you have to have crucible marks to buy stuff. You might get a weapon when you hit level 3, but the only way to get armor is through the crucible.
Not a big deal for me, but I do enjoy having separate PvE and PvP characters.

My thoughts exsactly. I know we could invest resources into crucible marks. Just think - invest now, and maybe in 10 years we can buy a legendary marble! :D
-_-
Meh.

Are you sure you don't get a chance at armour at Rep levels above 3?
Aside from it not being technically true since you can turn in resources for CruMarks.

I've only gotten a weapon. Don't know of it's possible to get armor, but that's still random. I would rather be able to just buy what I want, regardless of what I like to play.

You can get crucible marks through PvE by collecting materials to turn to the crucible vendor. Its not alot of fun, but since I can't PvP due to crappy internet, its the only way I can.

Titans may go at every problem with brute force, but it is (almost) always a perfectly reasonable strategy. TitansForever

If brute force isn't working, you're not using enough.
Well said.
