After a 48-hour hiatus, Fireteam Alpha dropped back into the Vault of Glass tonight, hell-bent on finishing the fight that we'd already spent a good portion of Saturday figuring out. The break must have done us some good because after a few warm-up swings, at just after 6pm, we crushed the beast on our fourth attempt of the evening!

Others have said it here already, but the Vault of Glass is some DAMN fine gaming, and Alpha had a great time putting our strategy and skills together. We're already planning to go back into the Vault and hone our skills some more. :)

Afterward we opened the Hard Mode Vault and… wow. We have some work to do. So we played Crucible and crushed some folks (okay, there was that one game, but I blame lag!).

And Schedonnardus is a badass: He crushed Atheon from a motel room while traveling for work. On his phone's hotspot Internet connection. And didn't skip a beat.
