RUMOR: This weapon's on gun radar will lead you to treasure chests.The MIDA Multi-Tool is an Exotic Scout Rifle found on Destiny. The description of the weapon reads: "Select application: Ballistic engagement. Entrenching tool. Avionics trawl. Troll smasher. Stellar sextant. List continues." Some say that this weapon's on gun radar will lead you to treasure chests (not on the heads up display radar). Some say it does nothing. Some say it is only for tracking missions. What do you say?

So far I cant tell that it does anything. i have not unlocked the perk yet though, so I will update here if I figure anything out

I can confirm, the arrow/compass on this weapon always points the same direction. Ive attempted to follow this direction on Venus, going to every location on Venus. It always points off the map and does not lead you to treasure. Rumor busted.
