Can confirm increased damage with aforementioned Scout Rifles. 41 Damage up from 39.
Surrender A and Her Right Hand have not actually increased in damage, despite Impact increase.
Shingen-E feels the same as always. Steady as a rock.
I kind of figure this is how the patch is going to play out. I think the changes Bungie is making are going to be a lot more subtle than most people realize.
