What Happened to Phobos (Map)? (Destiny)

I just remembered seeing the image below on the IGN unboxing video a while ago.
It looks like it's a multiplayer map on Phobos, with Mars in the skybox.

I would say it is going to be in future DLC, but why would they show it when they barely showed the actual shipping maps in trailers?

Maybe a free map during some event?

There's a card somewhere that mentions the Cabal have either Phobos or Deimos out of it's normal orbit, and intend to launch it as a weapon.

Perhaps there is some DLC themed around stopping that.

I'm pretty sure we also saw a small screenshot of Charon during that radio broadcast thing they did a while back on twitter. I'll try to find it when I get home.
