So what's the name of this awesome void fusion rifle of which you speak, and where can I get one?

The Void one is called "Final Rest II", and it's supposedly a Dead Orbit weapon, though none of the factions sell fusion rifles.
But look at it wreck...

I do have an arc "Light/Beware" that has Armor Piercing, though I don't think the one in the Vanguard Quartermaster's stock has it, so you just gotta keep your eyes open... Maybe if you get your factions to 5, like the Queen's rep?
