Raid Clinic Day? (Destiny)

I don't think they would want to associate the Raid with "bugs." And see, this just demonstrates how seeing the glass as half-empty is the internet way. I see a TTL video, and I see more evidence of how close Bungie is with the community. I know that TTL is Deej's community, and I know those guys were early testers of Destiny.

I suppose that is one way to look at it. On the other hand though, the major communicating Bungie has done about the Raid has been to release patches for it, talk about known bugs (random teleports) and their intent to fix them, and then occasionally laud how many people have tried it / completed it. The dialogue between Bungie and the community about the Raid includes discussion about its issues as well as its achievements. The internet, as a whole, will focus on the negative, and that sucks, but it is also something that Bungie is a aware of and is typically good at dealing with.

This really isn't a big deal at all, I think it just got my fur up because I feel that Bungie's communication execution has suffered greatly and this is another (albeit very minor) example. Communication in the game needs serious work and this choice of wording ended up confusing a lot of people. Should we have seen through it? Perhaps. But Bungie understands that its audience is varied, vitriolic, and likely to take all meanings of a word into account. Maybe it was because my wife was recently at our local clinic getting some blood work done, but my mind went to diagnosing and fixing ailments.
