Can you get Swarm anymore? (Destiny)

I looked at the Vanguard and it was replaced with something else. Anyone know if they are comparable, as I never got swarm and was going to this weekend when I get enough Rep.

Against All Odds is almost comparable to the Swarm, and if you get one from an Engram with a stability upgrade I think they'd be just about the same.

Harm's Way seems OK. Lower fire rate, more stable than The Culling, if perhaps not as good as the Swarm. Small magazine, though (54 I think). Impact I believe was comparable.
