Every game of Crucible I'm forced to play for Bounties or what have you

Forced? Really?

everyone kills everyone in one shot or less with the Auto/Fusion/Sniper/Pistol The Last Word.

The Last Word cannot kill an enemy at full health in less than three shots. Fusion rifles, and every other weapon in Destiny, have to fire at least one shot to kill.

Bungie really has no idea what they're doing in terms of multiplayer.

Disagree.

How do I get The Last Word so I can cheat like everybody else?

Step 1: Calm way down and try to post with some small measure of accuracy.
