PSA: For the People is better than it looks (Destiny)

I was put off buying For the People cause of its low ammo count, but I got one as a drop and it actually carries about 30% more ammo than it claims. 34 instead of 26.

With field Scout it goes up to 56 instead of the 42 it claims.

What on Earth, Bungie? Seeing as ammo capacity is one of the most important stats for persistent damage over time, this is annoying.

Maybe your engram version just has a better magazine than the version you purchased?

I've noticed this with other weapons too. Truth says it has a 2-round mag, but actually holds 3.

Scout Rifles do this a lot too. But it's always only 1 bullet off. This is way more than that. Just seems strange.

Oops, I may have explained poorly. I never purchased one, Im just comparing actual magazine size to The ammo count listed on the "stat card".
