They did indeed increase the difficulty of Weekly strikes if you're doing them solo. It was a pretty dumb decision, since they're nearly impossible to do solo now, and it's pretty irritating to be doing 300% damage to an enemy and still have a tough time bringing him down since he can kill you in two shots...

This one is doable, but you have to REALLY be up on checking for the anti-cheese minotaur since he can kill you in two shots as you say. It's pretty much a race against heavy ammo cooldowns… One truth Rocket can take him out.
