I spent some time last night grinding bounties, so I was able to get both my Icebreaker 2.0 and Gjallarhorn 2.0 fully upgraded, and my Hunter up to 30. Feeling nice and ready to take these raids on comfortably with both characters, which is pretty cool. We made it through Crota with my 29 Hunter a few days ago, but I was definitely feeling like the weak link (clutch deathsinger kill aside ;p). Looking forward to taking her through VoG hard mode this week and both raids again next week.

Sorry for the confusion, that's a time zone/am-pm issue. We're raiding Tonight at 12:30am EST, so on my calendar that's technically Friday, Jan 2nd.

Obviously having done the raid with someone who just gave us tasks without explanation and exploiting through everything didn't really prepare me for the raid we did last night. Sorry for sucking it up — especially in the bridge encounter area. Now that I know what we're doing I will do better next time. I Feel especially guilty because my long sought -after ice breaker was sitting in the post office when I got back to the tower. Turns out I was the one who got it.

No need to feel bad! You did just fine for a first proper time through. Crota's End throws a lot of high-ranking enemies at you all at once. It can be very punishing if you don't know exactly what's going on.
