The Universal Remote and No Land Beyond are bad primary weapons because they fulfill the roles of special weapons, rather than primary weapons. To be effective primary weapons, UR and NLB need to fill the role of primary weapons. NLB is suited to something with the impact of a hand cannon and the range of a scout rifle."
