A few people have mentioned the idea of scrolling text next to a static video so they can read while always keeping the video in view.
This is an interesting idea... I'm not sure if it would work in all cases, but it's something I want to test and explore, eventually.
For now, I'm using Wordpress free hosting, which limits my ability to customize page layouts. I've got access to some basic theme-level CSS, but that's all. Once I get most of the content done, I'll probably look at moving the site to paid hosting, which will let me dig in and customize stuff a lot further.
