A while ago there was a thread about the speed boost acquired from MIDA and Radiant Dance Machines. As seen here, it's quite significant, it turns walking into almost a sprint and ADS has almost no movement penalty.

A couple of weeks ago I ran most of the hard mode crota raid with Cruel Legacy, Cyber, Chaos and a few others I can't remember, and on the lamp section, I decided on one attempt to see how far I could get by myself (since I was a lowly 31, getting insta-killed by lvl 33 Thrall) so I set all my Titan tree to favor speed, pulled up Mida, and ran like hell.

I flew by my team. Left them like a mile behind me.

I made it all the way to the end.

Well, I almost did.

I fell into the last hole you could possibly fall in.
