There will be a similar walk through of the Cosmodrome on the Twitch stream tonight at 8:30 PST.

Seven Seraphs
Had we heard anything on the Seven Seraphs before? It slipped out last night that they were the group that was in charge of the solar system defense systems and created Rasputin/his bunker under the forgotten shore.

Seraphim Vault
IIRC, Rasputin has been referred to as Seraph before, so maybe the Seven Seraphs are the seven warminds. Btw, is it just me or is the Anomaly a lot like Rasputin's main core? Also, Pocket Infinity's main perk's icon is the same symbol Rasputin uses.

Seraphim Vault
The warminds are interesting to me but I'm not a lore master here. Could they be, like Cortana, an AI based off of human tissue and intellect. Perhaps the Seven Seraphs created the AI's from their brain tissue and linked them together, thus creating a unified Warmind network?

Seraphim Vault
Nothing we have yet points to the Warminds being Cortana-like direct brain clones but it's not impossible considering the rest of Destiny's universe. One of the Exos in the Grimoire speculated that Exos were someone's attempt to live forever which would imply similar technology to at least transfer consciousness. What we do know about the Warminds is that they were incredibly powerful, so much so that the AI of the fleeing colony ship Exodus Red commented that Rasputin was vastly superior to himself, and the scientists of the Ishtar Collective, who were being perfectly and exactly simulated within a single Vex unit's mind, came up with the idea of calling in a Warmind for help, thinking that it would have even vastly more processing power than the Vex...

I'VE GONE SO CRAZY WITH LINKS I'M ACTUALLY GIVING THEM AWAY!

Me and DeeJ know what's Up (Down)!
Those were a lot of fun. I loved seeing exactly how the concept art changed into the final game. Ron Adams knew so much about the Cosmodrome that at one point he just had DeeJ hand him the camera man controller so he could more quickly show off things of interest. I cracked up when he couldn't tell up from down and had to have DeeJ switch away from Inverted.
Inverted users unite! :)

I don't even call it inverted anymore

It's only right if you are playing a flight sim :-p

On the other one, they explicitly mention having to rework the cosmodrome to get it to work on last gen. I think they wanted the Steppes and Divide to be one big area, but split it up with the hangar due to memory constraints on last gen consoles.
This really makes me sad, and Bungie had better ditch last gen entirely for Destiny 2. They should have done it for Destiny 1. Makes me wonder what else could have been better, particularly the raids.

Heh
No.

Every game is a flight sim to me.

Does anybody actually hold their controller vertically while playing? That's the only way pushing forward on the stick is up and pulling back is down.

Heh
The amusing thing to me is I look at that picture and have no clue if that's what I do or not. With a controller in my hand I just look and move. Without it I barely know which stick controls look or move much less which direction to push!

Just checked - I hold mine at about a 45-degree angle pointing up.
