Sniper Rifle Scope Comparison (Destiny)

I known Beorn at least was interested in this, but Garrus1138 made a video as well as an image comparing the different sniper rifle scopes. Now what I truly want is a comparison of all the other possible scopes.

Ambush I use exclusively in PvP

But I prefer the SLR10 for PvE. That extra zoom comes in handy in some of the encounters. I also will use it on the large maps when I (rarely) play Combined Arms.
I just can't get along with the Ambush
No idea why, but I've had to switch over to TacSys (I think) on my Black Hammer, on account of not hitting anything (ever!) with the Ambush equipped.
Fortunately my LDR has an SLR10.

I don't really like most snipers, but I have one with ambush and the zoom is almost low enough that I can believe I'm using a scout rifle, and that helps. For me, at least.
