I'm a hunter also, but I had the Epilogue. I think that I got most of my points from Swarm (old vendor weapon). Against All Odds is a good void replacement now sold by Crucible vendor. Here's my hunter strategy to get 30-50 points per match:

Against All Odds is, unfortunately, Solar right now.

(They've got a Valedictorian 9-44 RL... that's void. Hmm.)

- Play very conservatively (shoot for ~5 deaths per match).
- Camp heavy and aim for 5-10 void machine gun kills per match
- Get 2-3 void fusion rifle kills per match
- Get 2-3 Atheon's Epilogue kills per match (if you don't have it, don't use primary)
