Hunter > Warlock > Titan (Destiny)
So I did it and went and made a warlock. Warlocks are fun. But not as fun as Hunters.
Poor Titans though. You guys have the worst melee.
Hunter > Warlock > Titan
Titan Defender's melee strike is my favorite in PvE, even a bit more than the Hunter's disappearing blink act. That recharging shield is amazing if used right.

Other Class > Other Class > My Class

In Crucible I have found that I utterly despise every class that I am currently not playing and think them cheatingly superior.
...Of course, if I get Super-murdered by my own class I hate them too. ;)

Hunter > Warlock > Titan
It's been about 3 months since I started running 3 characters (1 of each class) and to this day I continue to flip-flop on my opinion of which class is the best. I'll go for a couple of weeks preferring my Hunter, then I'll suddenly begin enjoying my Titan more, then a week later I'm convinced my Warlock is the best.
To me, it's a testament to how well these character classes are designed and balanced out. They each feel powerful and special in their own ways.

Titan Melee
I love my Titan...even if she does have little T-Rex arms when she melees. Maybe with a couple of those grabby claws you can buy she'd be more effective.

Warlock > Titan > Hunter, obviously. :P. Self res beats all other perks.

He's Right.

You mean, if used.
That defender shield pops up, they're invincible until the bubble runs out. Absolutely ridiculous.
But Titans suck other than that.
I'm more of a Warlock Warrior anyway.

Absolutely.

Hunter > Warlock > Titan
You clearly haven't experienced the joy of clearing a pack of thrall with one swing of your mighty fist, or make it rain cats and dogs and by cats and dogs I mean orbs for dayyys.
Hunters are alright. But y'all flash in the pan and fancy tricks. :P

That's certainly the order in which I rate their jumps.

Oh, so you just save your super instead of using it and generating orbs for your teammates? No need to self res if you don't die because your team chains supers and wrecks everything.
That's being a jerk :-p

I miss Golden Gun the most when fighting Wizards. Golden Gun just wrecks Wizards…

This saves a wipe even better, since now everybody is alive instead of just you. To me, it seems better to use your super instead of saving it and not contributing, in the majority of situations.

Not when you're hunting Ghosts...
Titan's the best for that! Hunter was a pain until I realized how much better the Titan was for those hard to reach places.

This is dumb. It's not an either/or situation; self-res can happen AFTER you generate orbs (it's not like you super ONCE in a game, right?). And there are plenty of times when you're separated from your teammates; guarding separate confluxes, for example, or on boomer duty, or whatever, where whatever orbs you're generating are not near where your teammates can use them; it's not as if the act of generating orbs is worth breaking up a set strategy (or leaving your post to get some is worth the risk). His point, and it's a solid one (didn't we just see ProbablyLast just snatch victory from the certain jaws of defeat a couple of days ago?), is that the ability to self-res is quite literally a game-changer.
You can keep on making your point, but it's not going to get any less annoying at this point. Yes, team play is good. Yes, when possible, we're better off working as a team, because our chances are generally better when EVERYONE is stronger. No, not all situations are won by teams. Sometimes, Superman IS useful.
(Disclaimer: I don't play a Warlock - I've NEVER played a Warlock. I don't have any desire to play a Warlock. But I can certainly see the benefits of the Warlock super without having to be pedantic about team play.)

Really, what do I have to do? I prefaced the statement with 'to me is seems", AKA this is my opinion, and I even said it was useful in the majority of situations, meaning that there are some circumstances where it would not be beneficial.
I mean, you give up some pretty cool abilities in order to have fireborn, such as reducing cooldowns for your allies, and taking far less damage. I find these to be really really good.
Why bother being polite if it makes no difference? :-p
Everybody and their mother uses fireborn, but there are many times I'd have loved for that Warlock to not save his super for self res, and use and to give us orbs or cooldown reduction (mostly in play with randoms). It's merely a suggestion to think of trying something alternate.

HAHA, so true. There was a point where I had my first level jump, and my buddy didn't have his triple jump yet. We found a Ghost, but he couldn't get to it yet. I just bounded up there by myself while he hung his head on the ground floor.
You sir, are a crazy person
