Darn it Real Life, stop interfering with my Destiny time! (Destiny)
So I sort of forgot that my sister was coming into town for a visit (I knew she was coming but didn't remember when) and I had scheduled some Fireteam Builder events that I'm now probably not going to make--maybe Sunday. Easy enough to take myself out but as I was doing this I kept trying to justify to myself not spending time with my sister (who I hardly ever see) and instead play Destiny. I kept thinking of all the bounties I'm not going to be able to do, raids to run, and gear to level up.
Anyone else have this problem from time to time?
Doesn't help that the next two weekends after this one I'm not going to get much Destiny time either because I'm planning on attending conventions here in Seattle (Emerald City Comic Con and then Sakura-con)

Darn it Real Life, stop interfering with my Destiny time!
I set up that Friday night raid double header, then found out Lil' Blue has a baseball tournament that starts 8am Saturday morning. I'm still going to do it, but I might be sleeping in the stands Saturday.

The appropriate response to watching any sport, I say.
I only have about three or four waking hours available on an average day now, and certain other games pull me away from Destiny, which is kind of bad since I really want that Jolder's Hammer...

Problem?

At least Lil' Blue's been brought up on Destiny so he'll understand.
