I would assume it has shot package and possibly an additional range perk.

Mine has a range identical to Found Verdict, but then has Rangefinder on top of that. You get a very narrow spread that can kill at a pretty crazy range, but if you don't center it perfectly on a target, you won't kill them even if they're a foot away.

Trade-off, but not one I enjoy.
