Yes, this is what I'm using for my PS4 hunter now. Was delighted to see it was affected by shaders. Love the cloudwalker cape, but I've been hoarding my motes lately.

Yeah, as a cape fiend, I was bummed.

As an aside, I've spent 150 motes on speaker capes because I can't stop myself.

Q-PB and Aurora Blur. Try it some time.
