Felwinter's Lie has more range than Universal Remote. You know, the shotgun that's supposed to have massive range:

I think if the characteristics were switched things would be much better. You'd have insane range on Universal Remote, but you give up a normal primary. Seems like an interesting and balanced tradeoff.

FL has crazy range, but it's balanced by the crazy slow firing rate. Maybe if they gave it a smaller mag and increased reload?

UR doesn't have such a slow fire rate, and as a primary, ammo is far easier to acquire (although they could beef up the reserve).

I've always said that the UR should fire slugs when you zoom in. Super narrow "spread", but insta-kill at range. The KSG in Black Ops 2 was pretty much my favorite weapon because of the risk/reward of needing to be super-accurate, but lethal at extended range (also, it looks just like Bungie's Halo shotgun, which made me happy).

That doesn't make up. The range in PvP is too long for a shotgun regardless of any other stats.
