Replied to cyber - you're right. It is accurate, but not precise. *Shrugs* I look at it like a weather forecast.

This is exactly how I've looked at it since finding out there were two different types of engrams. More often the not, the less potent one has only been shards. And the higher potency versions have yielded legendaries more often. I could just be crazy too.
